When it comes to matching skills with opportunities, Vimal is an absolute non-believer in the legacy system. For him, it's all about having the right skills to rightfully deserve. Focusing on tangible value additions to client businesses, Vimal strives to offer services that spur mutual growth and which work towards achieving the vision and mission of clients. If a service does not add value to a business, he believes it isn't a service at all. Vimal dreams of bringing happiness to the lives of people through his services, helping them achieve their goals and dreams, albeit in the most practical way possible – and that way is by showing them a mirror of their present skills, guiding and mentoring them to hone their skills, and then presenting them with apt job opportunities. Vimal's methodology is research-focused, his approach analytical and IT, his tool of choice. Vimal has 13 years of experience in varied fields of corporate finance and law as a practicing Company Secretary, in conjunction with an equally rich experience of running an HR organization.
Piyush Sharma - Adviser
Piyush is the co-founder and portfolio manager of Metis Opportunity Fund. Having spent time with Citigroup and Bombay Stock Exchange in India, he moved to United States in 2002, where he covered stocks within Business Services, Autos, Consumer Products and Financials with Sanford Bernstein, Longbow Research, and Avondale Partners, working in teams that received accolades by leading institutional research arbiters, including Institutional Investor (II) and Greenwich Associates. Piyush received an MBA from University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, MS from MNNIT, and BS in Accounting from University of Allahabad.
